Do the math it's 44.4% off, so unless there was a cheapo bin for 44%
tolerance resistors, & ok'd for use in that set, that one is out of spec.....
Of course replacing it won't fix it...... Just being the depressed

This set can be fixed without a scope.... I'm not too sure I would
worry about switched wires on the flyback either, remember
it was working as it's currently wired.....
