Zenith solder pot terminal strips. Sometimes you have to apply some solder to the tip of your iron where it will contact them to get good thermal conduction into them. They have a lot of thermal mass so it takes a while to get them hot especially with irons under 50W. I use a 75-80W Weller iron that is the highest wattage non-gun (Weller guns tend to work less well than irons at any given wattage) that the local ACE stocks and as long as the tip has a solder blob on it it makes quick work of those Zenith terminal strips.
Undo the chassis mount tabs for the pot, heat the solder pot for a terminal and pull the pot lead out, then do the next lead (I can often do 2 terminals at once with my Weller so I'll often do the last 2 together). If the pots aren't production jumpy line/dot movement around the adjustment point you need and don't measure open then they don't need replacement. You might need to slightly shorten the new pot terminals to facilitate installation, watch out for accidental solder bridging between terminal and chassis on both sides of the chassis.
