Nice CTC-5 model , Why didn't seller post picture of it working?? Pictures definetely tell much about operation of color sets. Set is too far anyway.

Thanks for the clarification. Suppose all the Californites are going to bid on this one. If it goes real low I may jump in.

Yeah, I would expect a photo of set showing TV works as Seller is claiming. The shipping for distant buyers would be EQUAL or greater than purchase price of set. These sellers need to realize more information is better than less. His description of item is unusually short too.

I'm tempted, but only on low amount as not much information or details available. I expect shipping by anyone qualified to be easy $250-$450 alone. Does anyone know of a discount frate/crate person who's good???

As Steve K. mentioned it's the Stanwyck model 21CT783 consolette. Lowest price CTC-5 "Super" series set. Sold for $550.00 dealer retail in late 1956. Set features and RCA CTC-5 brochure can be viewed on my site.

Prices flattening out????/

I'd be suprised if this went anything over $350 w/ little info on set. Recently a CTC-4 sold for only $600, and a Great 50's looking CTC -5 went for only $400.

Don't be surprised. It is gone for $304.50.
P.S.: I think, you in America still have much to much color roundies that you can sell them for peanuts.
