Question TV Restorers in Baltimore area?

Okay, I'm about to pick up my "tough dog" Olympic CB137 from the fellow who tried like hell to get it working but couldn't. Apparently, it keeps frying a resistor somewhere.
Anyway, this TV is way too cool to just give up on. Is there anyone in the Baltimore, Maryland area who does this kind of work? The TV is VHF only, so it's probably over 40 years old. So am I, but parts are easier to get! It's already been recapped and the yoke and flyback have been replaced (whatever that means. I just pay the bills...)
Meanwhile, I'll just have to keep watching I Love Lucy on my cheapo modern color set, dangit!
Hmmm. I'll also be picking up an Emerson console at the same time. Not much has been done to it and I'm not sure what else it needs, but it's free to anyone who's willing to come pick it up.
