That 48-700 in Lodi looks kinda rough, not too far from me but im not good with fixing wood problems and the trim around the screen does not look in good shape. Good parts set or for someone who wants to totally restore it.

philco 48-700

does anyone have one of these sets? the reason i ask is that i stripped down the flaking finish and it seems the front trim is a different wood than the top and sides area..did they just paint these front a dark brown to match the mahagony finish?,it seems the front trim area is a much harder type of wood..
