Question Philco Predicta "dealer" model

I just picked up at a local auction a Philco Predicta. The people having the auction were onc an outlet dealership for tvs. They told me that one year Philco made a special model and gave one to each dealer as a gift. This model was not sold to the public so I'm guessing it's pretty rare. Here's the facts on the back: it says G4242, No. M, serial number AB858166 (the "A" could be a "1"), code 37. Does anyone know anything about these "dealer" models and what they are worth?
