Interesting, I never knew that Channel Blaster offered tubes.....am guessing this was just reboxed by them.

That looks like a "Test" CRT.
Yes Channel Master did sell CRT's, i have a rebuilt 21" color round from them, built in the early 80's.
Don't know if they actually made it or not.

From all I can gather Channel Master was a major player in the rebuilt CRT business. I have several nos bw crts of theirs from the early 60s. Also some distributor price lists from the 70s, & have one or two sets with their tubes. I can only assume they did their own rebuilding? Not sure when they stopped.
