I emailed the seller and the CRT is 16 inches. So it maybe a 16AP4?

That was my guess, looked a bit longer but that might be an illusion.

The home made thing it's attached to is interesting, I often wish we knew the history behind some of this stuff. Someones experiment perhaps.
