Local TV news blurb on electronics recycling day and old TV sets

In Seattle area. A local college parking lot had "drop off your electronic junk for recycling" day. Mostly BPC and old computers, though the local TV station news crew did show a shot of a 50's era metal cabinet RCA(?) 14 incher. And a roundie or two.
