Next is a small midget set....the FIDELITY "Caravan" set...........so nicknamed because it resembles a 1940s caravan. These are extremely rare as most of them blew up or caught fire on the shop counter...........

This one is a 1933 FERRANTI ARCADIA superhet with tuning indicator, mother-of-pearl dial, macasser ebony veneer and mahogany. This was an expensive set, Ferranti made everything themselves, valves, capacitors etc.. Rare today...............good sound, fills the room!

Lastly for today, a 1933 EKCO AD65 superhet..............these are lovely, with a lit cursor that travels around the dial as you tune-but they sound poor on music, ok for speech radio...........
