What is this?

Knob layout look like an Olympic.

Also the pic tube looks intact tho the seller says it's broken?

Actually the controls look too close together to be an Olympic.
Just noticed the screen surround seems to be a Motorola.

I agree, it is a 1948 Motorola. Chassis is stamped TS-9 as can be seen in the rear photo. The model that uses this chassis is VK-106.

I believe it is a 1949 Motorola chassis TS-9 that used a 10BP4 picture tube. It looks like it is one piece to me also.

You type faster than I do! It probably is a '48 model. I was just going by Beitman's.
