Here's my freshly restored Magnadyne MD6032 table radio-phono from about 1959-60, it has AM-FM and two SW bands, also has separate bass-treble controls, 4 preset EQ settings and a scratch filter to play 78s
Apart from the usual replacement of old paper capacitors and a dead 6T26 FM front end tube, it had a nasty problem with the coaxial volume-treble pot shafts being unable to turn independently due to gummed up grease, but several cycles of WD40, CRC 6-66 and heat finally fixed it.
This thing has 3 big speakers, two side mounted 8" long throw woofers and a front 6x8" fullrange, needless to say, it sounds great! the bass response is unbelievably powerful, deep and undistorted, i could spend hours listening to this radio!
