Name This Snowbound TV?

Anyone recognize this set? I'm assuming its B&W? It's out in the country along the roadside next to an antiques dealer. Wasn’t really in the mood to go wading out in the snow to get a closer look. Digital zoom on the camera was just not cuttin' it. The shop owner said I could have it, but I'd need to go back with a helper.

I was thinking "Frosty".

No picture, all it gets is snow.

Looks like a C at the beginning of the logo, or maybe an S, Coronado, Silvertone?

The cabinet is severely delaminated, maybe some good parts though, really surprising someone hasn't smashed the tube by now!

I tried checking the tvhistory website, but sadly they have few photos available.
I guess they need collectors to donate pictures to help out their site.
They also have the the Motorola fiberjet mistakenly listed as a metal cased tv.

Sadly, ebay is about the most useful place for identifying a large variety of 60's TV's.

Doesn't look like a real common brand. For free, worth grabbing. If the crt is good then it can live on somewhere else.

It may not be that easy to grab. Several weeks back we had two solid days of rain, followed by a hard freeze, then more snow. This TV may be very well planted to the ground until spring. I suppose the 10 lb maul might break it free.

Cover it with black plastic tarp and the warmth of sunlight will thaw it free before long.

I'm afraid you'll have to do that just to satisfy everyone's curiosity

It's shrouded in enigma, like that monolith in '2001' that all the monkeys were hooting at.

I'm considering driving back over with my boots and the camera. My wife drives by this TV everyday on her way to work, of course she thinks it looks very happy right were it’s at. I do hate to make tracks out there in its undisturbed habitat.
