Any idea what make this TV is?

Saw this little beauty on a website but I can't make out the brand. Any ideas?

If I recall there was a recient DR. Who that I happened to see part of where he had to deal with a TV monster in early post war brittan. that set and many others appeared. I laughed so hard when the DR. was examining a miniture of that set, and they asked him what it was his resopnse was that it was like a TV only portable. The response was a classic....Egad a portable television!

It was called "The Idiot's Lantern" - slang for a TV back then. Good episode
