Zenith FlashMatic Remote
I have an original Zenith FlashMatic remote, the one that looks like a flashlight. Good condition, brass not polished, no cracks, no damage to battery case, lens intact, even has a bulb. If anyone would like it, I'll let it go, rather not take it to Ebay, don't like them.
I collect Electric Fans and Motors, and some radios, willing to trade for these or other electrical items. We all collect and trading is more fun than selling. My name is Michael Rathberger and I am a member of the AFCA. PM me if you're interested. Sorry the first post is about an item for sale or trade. |

Would you consider donating it to the Early Television Museum? We don't have one yet. We are a 501 c 3 non profit foundation.

Second the motion to donate it to the Early Television museum. You can take a tax deduction for a charitable contribution, and then ordinary mortals like me have some opportunity to see one in the flesh rather than in an eBay auction.
These remotes are attractive to toy collectors for their raygun appearance, which prices them out of the range of most TV collectors. Phil Nelson Phil's Old Radios http://antiqueradio.org/index.html |

As much as I like supporting the ETF I do need one for my Flashmatic set.
Maybe we could come to an agreement where I donate something, however if it would cause hard feelings then I won't press it. If you sold it outright what would you want for it? |

I was told he was going to updat his website. I wanted to contribute some photos but seems nothing has changed. I really value that site for pics of sets that i'm intereted in.
