E.H. Scott Super XII
I acquired one of these from a guy off of the local C.L. a couple weeks ago for $100.
Quite good chrome, all tubes, covers, etc. Sans speaker. Anyone know what speaker can be used with this? It would have a 5-pin connector. The Rider's is 14-69. I joined one of the collector clubs, but it's rather bland, or it's people more concerned about "flipping" them. Appreciate the help! |

More than likely a field coil speaker. You will need the schematic for this for the values and maybe you can fabricate something.

I understand it may be a Magnavox speaker. Did you see these threads?

Thanks guys!
Yeah, I found those threads already. It is a field coil speaker-I think I read somewhere where it could be a model 302. Someone had thought that the speaker may be unique to the Super XII. I'll keep "sniffing" around-and TNX for the help! |
