Blonder Tongue Modulators - how were they used?

Our Church has a need where one or two Blonder Tongue Modulators might
be of use. I was thinking about hanging RG-6 Coax, using splitters to drive
a few flat panel TVs. Then driving the Coax with one or two BT Modulators
so that the Camera in the Sanctuary would show the service on all the
TVs. Say we have Channel 3 as the Sanctuary Channel and the folks working in the Nursery can watch the service while they are monitoring the kids. Then have say Channel 4 for another function.

So my question is how were these BT Modulators utilized? Did they drive into
a Multiplexer? An Amplifier? Got a better idea?

Thanks

Carl
