Sony 8-301 HATTERY PACK PROBLEMS

I need some guidance. I am trying to actually use the rear mounted HATTERY pack for my 8-301. It houses 2 np4 sla 6 v batteries. I also have the original type cells that came activated from the factory in 1961. All the electrolyte has evaporated. I don't think the batteries were ever used. The batteries are clear sided and there is no build up on the plates. Here's my main issue- while correcting a factory wiring short, in had to remove a 1 1/2x2" circuit board with 4 male banana plugs. Trouble is they are two different diameters one probably 4mm. Okay the pins were mounted on this pc board. It literally shattered into 6 pieces when I handled it. Is there anybody that could customer make up a replacement board? Or, does anyone have a non functional or rough condition pack that could sell me the little board? Please respond to [email protected].
