I.D. this roundie?

Can anyone I.D. this 60's era roundie? Except for the large controls at the top doesn't look like an RCA or clone. Don't think Zenith had that knob layout.

It looks to be a Philco.. Notice the knob layout is virtually the same..

Looking for an all tube or hybrid color TV set from the late 1960s, early 1970s that's in a steal cabinet..

The knob layout is very similar. The mask color is a bit different. But this as is close to the photo I attached to any I've seen.

Likely a 1965, with chassis 15M90, a CTC15 clone

Definitely 1965, chassis 15M90, your CTC-15 clone chassis in short. DavGoodlin is right. Philco before they began doing more of their own thing on Roundie chassis.

Philco, as mentioned, used an RCA CTC-15 chassis and employed their own tuner design. That tuner knob configuration is what threw me.
