8 inch crt motorola set

does anyone know the number for the 8 inch crt that came in the motorola table top sets?
and are these crts harder to find then the 7jp4.

8BP4. Yes, much harder because I think only Motorola used them in three models produced for a short time. 9VT1 wooden, 9T1 bakelite, and 9L1 suitcase.

The eight inch tubes seemed to fail more than the seven inch. I have seen a number of them get gassy and one had an ion burn. I use my eight inch chassis with a seven inch tube and save the eight inch one for special watching.

The 9T1 8" has always been my favorite Motorola set. I like the quirkier "bulging-eye" look it has over the 7" models and, when restored correctly, are very enjoyable to watch.
