Hoffman Mark V (21M700)

I found this Hoffman Mark V (21M700) cleaning out my grandma's garage. It's probably there since the early 70s. I have the original manual and sales receipt (sold 8/28/53 for $359.95).

She is looking to get rid of it. Does it have any value? As a whole or as parts? Should i post it on Craigslist or ebay?

Thanks for any advice. I am new to the vintage tv game.

Check out the pics.

Hi,

Thats a nice looking set.

Generally speaking floor models of this type don't have a great deal of $$ value however after surviving for 50+ years it is deserving of restoration.

If no one here makes you an offer you could list it on eBay, unfortunantly some people there buy these to gut out and make Bars and Fish tanks out of
The biggest problem is shipping something this big, you pretty much have to find a local buyer.

I would expect to get $25- $100 for it on eBay, of course you could always get two bidders who had the exact same set as a child and just have to have it no matter what! $$$ :banana2:
