Resolder the 3 video outputs on the CRT board & check the
whole board for bad PC cons. That will fix 95% of em.

CRT unlikely, usually will short & go one color with retrace
lines then full shut down. Low emission is progressive. If
a Sony this age gets it the raster will flash on/off.

This is a good set, keep her going !
