That sure looks like a Dumont RA103 chassis, even down to the Inductuner, tuning eye and constant voltage transformer.
I'm thinking that Stromberg Carlson simply rebranded Dumont. |

The Stromberg-Carlson TV-12 is indeed another RA-103 chassis set, like the Crosley 9-407.
