another thing that may explain what i am seeing, this is doing EXACTLY what it did before i replaced R48 & R50, i put in 1/2 watt carbon film ones, it said to use 1/2 watt, perhaps they did not hold up, perhaps it's time to replace every resistor off that power line with 1 watt resistors. ( and the .001 caps )
EDIT- It's looking more and more like that is what the problem is, seeing a good 300+ v at point 3, and on the far side of R51 getting power to the plate of 2nd IF. But there is crap at point 14 other side of R50, hardly 30v. Time to change it again with a 1w and the filter caps.
