I could be wrong here, but I seem to remember that after the mid-seventies the were no more "all new" roundie tubes being produced, and there were lots of "duds" to be had and no real chance of a black matrix roundie. At least according to my memory and literature I've seen.

After reading that label on your tube it looks like a new gun was installed with using other "used" components.

I have seen a Zenith 24NC30 that had an original RE21FJP22 in it. However the G1's were discolored from the extra heat of a brightner and it was toast..
